Noob Incremental Tiers and Awakenings Guide
Guide checked 2026-07-10 · Official-source review
Learn how Tiers and Tier Awakenings work in Noob Incremental, including every published Awakening requirement and the systems that boost Tier rolls.
Quick answer
Tiers unlock at Prestige 5 and provide scaling boosts to Oof, Cash, Fire, Rune Bulk, Coins, Hacker Points and Gems. Stand on the Tier button to roll, improve Tier Luck and Bulk through supporting systems, then Awaken at published breakpoints. The official guide currently lists Awakenings at Tier 15, 30, 50, 150, 190 and 320.

How Tiers work
Tier rolls are an RNG progression system introduced in the Prestige 4-5 route. Higher rolls increase the active multipliers, while Tier Awakenings add permanent unlocks for that Prestige run and improve Tier Luck or Bulk.
Tiers reset with Prestige, so rebuild them early when their Awakening bonus supports the new route. Do not spend the whole run rolling immediately; first restore the systems that improve Tier speed, Luck and Bulk.
Tier Awakening requirements
These are the values currently published in the official helper guide. Check the live Awakening panel after updates because balance changes can alter requirements.
- Awakening 1: Tier 15, unlocks Cash.
- Awakening 2: Tier 30, unlocks Fire.
- Awakening 3: Tier 50, unlocks Rune Bulk.
- Awakening 4: Tier 150, unlocks Coins.
- Awakening 5: Tier 190, unlocks Hacker Points.
- Awakening 6: Tier 320, unlocks Gems.
What improves Tier progress
Tier progression receives support from the Prism Tree, Runes, Tier Awakenings, Fire and Cash upgrades, Coins, Equipment and selected Minions. The most efficient improvement is usually the cheapest multiplier outside the Tier button itself.
Before a long Tier session, restore the relevant Cash, Fire, Coin and Prism upgrades, equip Tier-focused items, and confirm Factory bonuses are active. This avoids rolling at the lowest effective Luck and Bulk after every Prestige.
- Prism and regular upgrade trees.
- Runes that add Tier Luck or Tier Bulk.
- Fire, Cash and Coin milestones.
- Equipment such as Geodes and Axes.
- Minions with direct Tier boosts.
Efficient Awakening route
- 1Recover the systems that improve Tier Luck and Bulk after Prestige.
- 2Roll to the next reachable Awakening rather than chasing an arbitrary high Tier.
- 3Claim the Awakening and use its new currency or stat unlock.
- 4Progress the newly unlocked system until it feeds back into Tiers.
- 5Return for the next Awakening when the improved setup makes it efficient.
