A two-part route for finishing Prestige 7, entering Prestige 8 with the Laboratory systems prepared, and progressing through Wood, Axes, Planks, Ash and Water Buckets toward Prestige 9.
Quick answer
Before Prestige 8, develop the Laboratory, Hacker Tree, Minions and the named late World 1 Runes while rebuilding Water and Snowy Rune progress. After Prestige 8, restore Tier Awakenings and Water Buckets first, then cycle Wood board upgrades, Axes, Wood ranks, Ash milestones and Planks. Buckets 1-5 are required for Prestige 9.
Set up the run before Prestige 8
Prestige 7 opens Soldier Noob automation, the Laboratory, Hacker Points and the Lab UI Tree. Start by rebuilding the Farm route: buy plots, collect Wheat, convert it to Bread and complete the useful Farm branch. Restore the highest reachable Tier Awakening while those resources grow.

Build the Laboratory in dependency order
Buy Hacker Noobs, collect their Hacker Points in the Laboratory zone and spend those points in the Lab UI Tree. The tree is only accessible while you are inside the Laboratory. Unlock Basic Capsule for 250K Hacker Points, then improve Capsule Luck, Bulk, storage and Minion stats before a long opening session.
- 1Develop Seraphim's Tear from the Advanced Rune; the official route warns that less than roughly 400DDe Runes per second makes this target slow.
- 2Reach Tier 190, max the useful Prism Tree route and obtain Godshard from the Prism Rune.
- 3Complete Atomic, Ultimate Shard, Rootkit, Masterkey and Stuxnet while sending Noobs on Hard Expeditions for the Spear.
- 4Save the resulting Prism gain for three Galaxy Minions rather than spending it without a loadout goal.
- 5Unlock Chronos Core, Oblivion Sigil and Aetherion through the Hacker Tree; the official route prioritizes Oblivion Sigil, Chronos Core level 2 and one Aetherion.
Keep World 2 moving while World 1 rolls
Use stat-focused Minions for Water, buy Water upgrades before converting everything into Ice, and stay on the pump until the first Water Bucket. After a major Ice gain, revisit the Snowy Rune for the next useful rarity. That alternating loop improves Oof and prepares the Wood system.
- Manually upgrade Fisherman until its later automation is available.
- Keep World 1 Runes progressing; Prestige 8 does not make their multipliers obsolete.
- Max the Water Oof multiplier before treating raw Oof waiting as the only option.
- If Oof remains the bottleneck after those checks, the official route suggests returning to Tiers around 300+.
Prestige 8 to 9: Wood, Axes, Planks and Ash
Prestige 8 automates Tycoon and Cash upgrades, Fisher Noob, the Farm Tree and Wheat Slots. It unlocks Wood, Axes, Planks, Ash and the Ice Upgrade Tree. Spend the saved manual time on the new World 2 loop below.
- 1Restore Tier Awakenings and the Water Buckets that reset with Prestige.
- 2Spawn the World 2 tree, buy the first Wood board upgrades and purchase the first Axe at 10K Wood.
- 3Alternate Wood ranks, stronger Axes and affordable Wood board upgrades instead of saving on one layer only.
- 4Upgrade the campfire and collect Ash milestones for Water and later Plank multipliers.
- 5Deposit Wood for Planks and use Plank upgrades to feed Axe, Water and tree progress.
- 6Return to the Snowy Rune after major Ice or Bucket gains so its Oof and Wood support keeps pace.
- 7Recover Ash milestones after each Wood rank and finish the Bucket requirement before entering Prestige 9.
If Prestige 8 progress stalls
Wood feels slow
Rebuild Ash milestones after the last Wood rank, improve the Axe and check Snowy Rune before waiting on raw Wood.
Water recovery is slow
Restore Buckets, Water upgrades and the Water Oof multiplier; use a Water-oriented Minion loadout.
Late Runes will not land
Check Runes per second, Bulk, Luck, Spear Equipment and the earlier Rune families that feed the target.
Planks are weak
Increase deposited Wood, recover Ash Plank milestones and buy the affordable Plank board multipliers.
